Stuart began his journey in Sports Acrobatics, achieving a World No.1 ranking with the Men’s 4 Great Britain squad before joining @cirquedusoleil in 2008, where he performed in legendary shows like Saltimbanco, Kooza, Kurios, and Mystere.
Today, he’s a Head Coach at Cirque de soleil, guiding acrobatic and aerial acts to new heights, and he also runs his own @aerialfitnessbodies coaching business, training both professional artists and fitness enthusiasts alike.
With a BSc (Hons) in Sport Management, certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), and NASM credentials, Stuart is here to help you harness the power of breath to elevate performance, health, and overall well-being.

Dan is one of Australia’s most experienced freediving instructors, a leader in the community, and a mentor who has shaped the next generation of divers.

Dan Parsons is one of Australia’s most experienced freediving instructors and the Director of Freediving Central, bringing over 12 years of expertise to the industry. Certified as an SSI Freediving Instructor Trainer (Levels 1, 2, & 3), Molchanovs Freediving Instructor, and PADI Freediving Instructor, he is among the country’s most qualified professionals. His extensive credentials also include specialized training in spearfishing and survival apnea, making him a well-rounded leader in the freediving community.
Having trained countless instructors across Australia, Dan’s mentorship has shaped many freediving schools in Sydney. His expertise extends beyond teaching, as he has worked as a head safety diver for National Geographic, supporting underwater expeditions alongside world-renowned videographers, marine scientists, and whale researchers. He has also collaborated with elite athletes, including the Olympic canoe slalom team, demonstrating his ability to push the limits of human performance in the water.
Dan’s passion for freediving goes beyond technique—he creates a safe, inspiring environment for students of all levels. Whether training beginners or elite divers, he tailors his approach to help each individual reach their full potential. “I dive for the pure love of it,” Dan shares. “Freediving is my way of finding peace, slowing down, and living in the moment. My goal is to help others discover that same joy, whether for relaxation, personal growth, or professional development.”
